Welcome to Villas Agung Bali Nirwana's virtual tours page! Please note, you will need a Quicktime®
viewer / media player in order to be able to experience our taste of Bali / our accommodations. You can
download it here: QuickTime® Media Player Download
We offer both large and small sized Quicktime® movies. Large movies look better but may take a
long time for you to download depending on your Internet connection / speed. Small movies take less
time to download, and maybe are best to start off with if you are unsure. Just click the desired link
and a pop up window will appear. Then just use your computer mouse (click and drag) on the image to
look all around!
This
is taken from our beachfront restaurant (a rarity in Bali). You will see that the front most tables are literally just
and right above the beach. As our grounds are around 2 meters above beach level, this gives you a superb vantage point to
watch the local children come down to the beach to play. Plus, at night, the distant fishing boats with their kerosene
lamps (looks like fairly lights on the sea), make this a truly evocative place to be. Quicktime Large / Quicktime Small
Our
superb swimming pool, with no salt or chlorine to sting your eyes or make your skin itch, is around 4 meters above beach level.
This gives you excellent privacy while the infinity / negative edge allows you to virtually swim out over the North Bali
Sea and into the sky itself. As this virtual movie shows, it is also a wonderful place to look around the grounds and
villas. Or just make use of the sun lounges perhaps. Quicktime Large / Quicktime Small
Each
of our luxury Bali villas has its own dining "Bale", where you can sit and eat, rather than use the restaurant.
Although many people use them just to sit, read (or watch) and relax. Set over lotus / fish ponds, with a gently cascading
fountain and one of each of the main Jepun (Frangipani) trees around it. This makes for a very tranquil setting. At night we
are able to surround your private villa Bale with candles if you so wish. Quicktime Large / Quicktime Small
What
better location can you possibly think of that can rival our Spa area? Whether you are there for one of our specialist baths,
beauty treatments or massages, the view in breath taking and the sea breezes just perfect. Here you have a 180° panoramic
view of the ocean, around 7 meters above beach level. Combine this with the wooden blinds and cotton net curtains, and you
can see the sea, but not be seen! Quicktime Large / Quicktime Small
The
downstairs area of the Spa building is used as a reading / function / shaded sea viewing room. With hardwood flooring,
deckchairs / easy chairs and views straight out over the ocean, this is one of the most popular areas with our guests.
It is also where we normally set up wedding ceremonies for couples "tying the knot" (we can arrange full legal
weddings and / or traditional Balinese blessing / vowel renewal ceremonies). Quicktime Large / Quicktime Small
These
Quicktime® movies are taken from inside one of our luxury Balinese villas' lounges. Here you can pan around the main
villa room and see the views, the outdoor dining Bale, a fully equipped kitchen to European standards (although, please
note, we have a staff kitchen that serves the restaurant area and guests in their Bales if they prefer). There is also
a display case (full of Indonesian fine crafts), wall carvings, paintings, etc. Quicktime Large / Quicktime Small
Each
of our luxury villas has a master bedroom, which you can virtually tour here. As well as a four poster king sized bed
with quality Indonesian cotton mosquito nets, you get a super large en suite bathroom. The room is graced with solid teak
wood furnishings, finest Javanese silk hangings, discretely hidden air conditioning (in the wardrobe), floor standing mirror, stone plinth
with brass fan, and in room electronic safe. Quicktime Large / Quicktime Small
Each
villa's master bedroom comes with a sensational, Lombok themed bathroom. Marble rich, and with large Italian shower heads
(fed by oversized plumbing, an over-spec Australian heater, and passed through a 3-way filtration system), you will
absolutely find these to be the finest showers in Bali (the filtration means you can even drink the water if you want).
The indoor garden pot area is graced with scented flowering plants. Quicktime Large / Quicktime Small
Here
you can take a virtual tour around the second bedroom of one of our Balinese villas. The Queen sized bed is also a four
poster with the same quality / romantic mosquito nets. Decorated with finest Balinese "Songket" fabric, brass fan and teakwood
furniture. Again the air conditioning is hidden behind louvered teak shutters just above the wardrobes, so you can enjoy
cool air without having to look at the aircon blower unit. Quicktime Large / Quicktime Small
This
is one of the villas' third / children's bedrooms. The bunk beds are graced with the same high quality mattresses, brushed Egyptian cotton bedding and Javanese cotton mosquito nets. The walls are adorned with puppets and the room cooled by aircon. If you wish, we can provide you with a baby cot (can be used in master bedroom as well) and / or even
an ironing board if you prefer (we normally do this for guests in the staff building). Quicktime Large / Quicktime Small
